Configuring account settings

Account settings contain the core configuration for your Hubhus account, including branding, default contact information, and placeholder values that are used throughout the system in emails, booking forms, and other customer-facing materials.

Account settings contain the core configuration for your Hubhus account, including branding, default contact information, and placeholder values that are used throughout the system in emails, booking forms, and other customer-facing materials.


Accessing account settings

Go to Account → Account settings. This page contains all basic account configuration options divided into sections for account information, branding, and default placeholder values.


Account name and URL

Your account name appears throughout the Hubhus interface and can be used in templates. The account URL path determines your unique Hubhus address (e.g., https://leadvalidator.dk/a/yourcompany).

To change your account name or URL slug, click Change account name or slug. You can test how your URL works by clicking Go to account URL test page.


Account slug history

The Account slug history section shows all previous URL slugs your account has used. This is useful for tracking changes and understanding redirect behavior if you have changed your account URL in the past.


Logo configuration

Hubhus supports two types of logos:

  • Logo full: Your complete brand logo including text, used in emails and web pages
  • Logo icon: A square icon version (preferably without text), used in smaller spaces

For each logo type, you can:

  • Upload a new logo by clicking Change
  • Delete the current logo
  • Set logo padding (spacing around the logo)
  • Set logo position (for the full logo)

Proper logo configuration ensures consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.


Default placeholder values

The Default placeholder values section contains fallback values used across all campaigns. These values are automatically inserted into emails, booking forms, and other templates when campaign-specific values are not set.

Key placeholder fields include:

  • Brand/company name: Your official company name
  • Brand/company color: Primary brand color (hex code)
  • Brand website URL: Your company website
  • Brand/company full logo URL: Direct link to your full logo file
  • Brand/company icon logo URL: Direct link to your icon logo file
  • Public contact email address: General contact email
  • Public contact phone number: General contact phone
  • Public brand/company street address: Physical address
  • Public brand/company postal code: Postal code
  • Public brand/company city name: City

Each field shows the placeholder syntax that can be used in templates.


Email and SMS sender information

Configure how your emails and SMS messages appear to recipients:

  • Email from address: The sender email address for automated emails
  • Email from name: The sender name displayed in email clients
  • SMS from number/name: The sender identification for SMS messages

These settings ensure recipients recognize your communications.


Web pages configuration

Set defaults for customer-facing web pages:

  • Web pages icon: Icon used for booking forms and other public pages
  • Web pages title: Default page title for SEO and browser tabs

Language and country settings

Configure regional settings:

  • Default public language: Language used in booking forms and public pages
  • Default country of operation: Your primary country
  • All countries of operation: All countries where you operate

These settings affect date formats, language defaults, and regional functionality.


Payroll start date

Set the Payroll start date in the month (e.g., 1st) to align with your organization's payroll schedule. This affects reporting and commission calculations.


Campaign menu alias

The Campaign menu alias allows you to rename the "Campaigns" menu item in the Hubhus interface to match your organization's terminology (e.g., "Projects", "Clients", "Departments").
