Accessing User info
Go to Account → Users, then click the User info tab at the top of the page. You will see a table displaying all users along with their custom field values.
Understanding the User info table
The table displays standard columns such as Name, E-mail, Phone, Position, and Department, followed by any custom fields you have created for users. Common custom field types include:
- Integer fields (numeric values)
- Custom text fields (free text)
- Date fields (such as vacation start and end dates)
Each row represents one user, and you can see all their custom field values in the corresponding columns.
Editing custom field values
To edit a user's custom field data, click the yellow edit icon on the right side of the user's row. This opens the user's details where you can update any custom field values. Changes are saved immediately when you confirm.
Exporting user data
Above the table, you will find three export buttons:
- Copy: Copies the visible table data to your clipboard for pasting into other applications
- CSV: Downloads the data as a comma-separated values file
- Excel: Downloads the data as an Excel-compatible file
The export includes all visible columns and rows based on your current search or filter settings.
Searching and filtering
Use the Search field in the top-right corner to quickly find specific users by name, email, or custom field values. The table updates instantly as you type, making it easy to locate the information you need.
